The holidays are upon us. Many of you probably have some of your Christmas shopping completed, but there are always several people on your list that are just difficult to shop for. Maybe they have everything already or possibly they are just a “wild card” and you are never sure what they would like. We are here to help you finish up that shopping list. Here are our holiday gift ideas.
Holiday Gift or Wish List Ideas:
Holiday Gift Ideas for ADULTS:
We absolutely LOVE this case. I used to drop my phone at least twice a week as I tried to juggle bags, books, my kids, etc… Since I bought this case, I haven’t dropped my phone even once. Seriously, genius. There are lots of great colors to choose from and whether you are a Samsung, Google, or Apple person; they have you covered! They stand behind their product with a lifetime guarantee. Use code: GRADEATEACHING up until March first to receive 15% off! (Price range: $30-$40)
This beverage container will keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold for a LONG time! We’ve never seen a cup that works this well, perfect for the teacher that always ends up with ice cold coffee before they get to the end of the cup. (Price range: $35)
This charger is perfect for the person on your list who is always on the go and running on less than 20%. This charger not only allows two people to plug in at once, but it works quickly too. Great stocking stuffer or Secret Santa item, it would be hard to find someone who couldn’t put this baby to use. (Price range: $10)
Never loose your keys again with this bluetooth tracker and app. We LOVE the time this saves us when we are in a rush. You can buy in bulk and save and check several people off your Christmas list at once. You’re welcome! (Price range: $25)
We can’t say enough good things about this device. I like to keep mine in the kitchen where I can ask “Alexa” to find recipes for me as I cook, or ask her to play music for me while I clean up the dishes, and she is great with keeping my kids entertained with games and videos (I have the Echo Show) while I get dinner to the table. In our house we actually have the Echo Dot on another floor and use it as an intercom, and that is only scratching the surface of how these devices can be used. This is the perfect gift for the techie in your life! (Price range: $30-$230)
We like the Simple Elephant. It has pages for yearly goals, a mind map, and even a vision board. We like that on top of all that there is a place for weekly and monthly goals and offers both of those calendars too! Perfect for the goal oriented person or even the hot mess on your list! (Price range: $20)
Holiday Gift Ideas for KIDS:
If you haven’t heard about this “toy” yet, it’s time to jump on the band wagon! It takes your I-pad to the next level as an interactive learning tool and the “games” they offer are so cool. This Kit comes with the stand and mirror plus 5 “games” to get started, but there are tons of other games you can purchase if the child you are buying for already has the base. Check out the Osmo’s Hot Wheels Mindracers, the Creative Set with Monster, Coding Jam, and Pizza Co. Ages 5 and up. (Price range $30-$80)
There are some awesome subscription boxes out there for kids. Once you know what the little ones in your life are interested in (cooking, art, building, etc…) you can definitely find one catered to their personality and age. If you aren’t sure, or the amount of choices are overwhelming, we recommend Little Loving Hands. We like that this is a one time box (rather than 12-month subscription) and that it allows the child to create a craft that will be donated to a charity. What great way to teach children the importance of caring for others and giving back! Ages 3-7. (Price range: $28)
As teachers, we just couldn’t make out selves put a fidget spinner on here, but this Mark-My-Time Bookmark IS a gadget we can get on board with! Perfect for the school-age child. This promotes literacy and can help them set and meet their reading goals. (Price range: $9)
